摘要
环丙烯酮拥有着最小的芳香环结构,因此具有十分特殊的结构性质,能通过开环释放环张力断裂碳碳键,该反应特性在有机合成方面得到很大的发展.阐述了环丙烯酮及其衍生物作为反应底物于不同条件下进行开环反应的方法,并对该方法存在的优缺点进行了总结.
Abstract
Cycloallenone has the smallest aromatic ring structure,possessing a very special structural property.It can cleave carbon-carbon bond by ring opening and releasing ring tension.This reaction property has been greatly developed in organic synthesis.In this paper,application of cycloallenone and its derivatives as substrates to synthesize various kinds of characteristic compounds by ring-opening reaction under different conditions was summarized,and its advantages and disadvantages were discussed.
