Causes and Countermeasures of Heat Exchanger Corrosion
Heat exchanger is a kind of equipment that transfers part of the heat of hot fluid to cold fluid between two or more fluids with different temperatures,so that the fluid temperature can meet the technological conditions and meet the production needs.At the same time,it is also one of the main equipment to improve energy efficiency.It plays an important role in petroleum,chemical industry,electric power and many other industrial production.The safe,stable and reliable operation of heat exchanger plays a key role in the safe production and economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the corrosion problems of heat exchangers,analyze the causes and take effective measures to improve the corrosion resistance of heat exchangers.In this paper,the corrosion problem of heat exchanger in butadiene plant of a chemical enterprise was discussed and studied,and the corresponding preventive measures were given.
