基于离子液体独特的吸附性和离子液体聚合物更为实用的特点,采用乳液聚合的方式制备了一种聚合离子液体吸附材料 N-乙烯基咪唑类聚合离子液体,以 Cr(Ⅵ)为目标污染物,对其进行吸附效果的研究.运用傅里叶红外光谱仪、透射电子显微镜和热重分析仪对合成的材料进行表征.结果表明材料被成功制备.将合成的吸附剂对含Cr(Ⅵ)的模拟废水溶液进行吸附,当初始溶液pH=2时,Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果最好;吸附时间在30 min内,基本达到平衡;最大吸附能力实验值为233.4 mg·g-1;N-PILs对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附遵循Langmuir等温吸附模型.
Study on Preparation of Polymeric Ionic Liquid and Its Adsorption of Chromium(Ⅵ)
Based on the unique adsorption properties of ionic liquids and the more practical characteristics of ionic liquid polymers,a novel adsorbent N-vinylimidazole polymer ionic liquid was prepared by emulsion polymerization.The adsorption effect of Cr(Ⅵ)was studied with Cr(Ⅵ)as the target pollutant.The adsorbent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results indicated that the material was successfully prepared.The synthesized adsorbent was used to adsorb simulated wastewater solution containing Cr(Ⅵ).When the initial pH of the solution was 2,the best adsorption effect of Cr(Ⅵ)was obtained.The adsorption reached equilibrium within 30 min;the experimental value of adsorption capacity was 233.4 mg·g-1.Adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)by the N-PILs followed the Langmuir isotherm.
