摘要
研究了Fe3O4/TiO2 的配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对Fe3O4/TiO2 的性能的影响;确定Fe3O4/TiO2 磁性复合光催化剂的制备条件.采用自制的 Fe3O4/TiO2 磁性复合光催化剂对亚甲基蓝废水进行光催化实验研究.结果表明:Fe3O4 与TiO2 配比为1:16、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为3 h,在此条件下制备出的 Fe3O4/TiO2 磁性复合光催化剂性能较优.当 Fe3O4/TiO2 磁性复合光催化剂的投加量为0.20 mg·mL-1、亚甲基蓝溶液pH为中性、紫外灯距离为12 cm、光照时间为2 h时,去除率可达91.6%.
Abstract
The effect of the ratio of Fe3O4/TiO2,reaction temperature and reaction time on the performance of Fe3O4/TiO2 was investigated to determine the preparation conditions of Fe3O4/TiO2 magnetic composite photocatalyst.A photocatalytic experiment was conducted on methylene blue wastewater using a self-made Fe3O4/TiO2 magnetic composite photocatalyst.The results showed that the Fe3O4/TiO2 magnetic composite photocatalyst prepared under the conditions of the ratio of 1∶16,reaction temperature of 80℃,and reaction time of 3 h exhibited superior performance.When dosage of Fe3O4/TiO2 magnetic composite photocatalyst was 0.2 mg·mL-1,the pH of methylene blue solution was neutral,the UV lamp distance was 12 cm,and the illumination time was 2 h,the removal rate could reach 91.6%.
