超疏水玉米秸秆粉末的制备及其油水分离性能

利用溶胶-凝胶法制得Fe3O4 溶胶,以粉碎的玉米秸秆为基底,在其表面涂抹Fe3O4 溶胶并经低表面能的物质十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷修饰后呈现超疏水性和超亲油性,水的接触角为155°,而油的接触角为 0°.利用玉米秸秆粉对油和水相反的润湿性可以用于水面上轻油的吸附及水面下重油的过滤.对各种类型的油品的分离效率均在94%以上.
Preparation of Superhydrophobic Corn Stover Powder and Its Oil-Water Separation Properties
Fe3O4 sol was produced using the sol-gel method,the surface of crushed maize straw as a substrate was coated by Fe3O4 sol and modified by octadecyltrimethoxysilane as low surface energy substance,showing superhydrophobicity and superoleophilicity with contact angle of 155° for water and 0° for oil.The opposite wetting properties of corn straw flour for oil and water can be used for the adsorption of light oils on the surface of water and the filtration of heavy oils below the surface of water.The separation efficiency for all types of oil is over 94%.
