Study on Preparation and Performance of Environmentally Friendly Waterborne Polyurethane Adhesive for Automobiles
Aliphatic diisocyanate and mixed diol were used as the main materials,binary amine was used as the chain extender,and the content of 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid was controlled at 3%~5%,a milky white and blue light stable waterborne polyurethane emulsion with good comprehensive performance was prepared.The test results showed that the synthesized waterborne polyurethane lotion products had good appearance and storage stability,its particles had a typical core-shell structure with a particle size of about 100 nm,and had better bonding performance.The synthesis process used less organic solvents,meeting the requirements of time-saving,environmental protection and economy.It has broad application prospects.
