环保型纳米SBS胶粘剂的制备与性能研究

摘要
以热塑性丁苯橡胶(SBS)为原料,通过化学接枝法及添加纳米SiO2 材料的方法制备出环保型纳米 SBS 胶粘剂.此方法制备的胶粘剂是无三苯的三元接枝胶粘剂,具有更好的耐热性及耐老化性;同时纳米 SiO2 材料的加入,进一步增强胶粘剂的物理机械力学性能和耐热性,不仅提升了产品的质量,并且降低生产成本,更体现绿色发展的要求.
Abstract
The environmentally friendly nano SBS adhesive was prepared from thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber(SBS)by chemical grafting method and adding nano SiO2 material.The adhesive prepared by this method is triphenyl-free ternary grafting adhesive,which has better heat resistance and aging resistance.At the same time,the addition of nano-SiO2 materials further enhances the physical mechanical properties and heat resistance of the adhesive,which not only improves the quality of the product,but also reduces the production cost,and reflects the requirements of green development.
