Simulation Study on Water-Cooled Flue of Submerged Arc Furnace Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics
In order to study the flow characteristics of flue gas in water-cooled flue in submerged arc furnace,FLUENT was used to simulate the behavior of flue gas particle deposition in the water-cooled flue of submerged arc furnace.The RNG k-ε turbulence model was used to calculate the flow field and heat transfer.At the same time,using DPM model,considering Grant and Tabakoff particle rebound model and JKR theory,the judgment criterion of particle deposition was established,and the stress and motion trajectory of furnace gas particles in the collision process were analyzed.
