为了研究冷凝型矿热炉内应力分布情况,基于多相流、多物理场以及冷凝型矿热炉炉衬结构的特点,构建冷凝型矿热炉多物理场耦合的传热计算模型.利用CFD仿真手段合理地预测冷凝型矿热炉炉衬的温度场分布情况,进行温度场的分析.基于热-结构耦合理论和冷凝型矿热炉炉衬结构特点,构建冷凝型矿热炉工作状态下炉衬热应力仿真计算模型,分析出冷却水温度与炉衬应力和变形间的关系.
Numerical Simulation Study on Multiple Physical Fields of Condensing Submerged Arc Furnace
In order to study the stress distribution in the condensing submerged arc furnace,based on the characteristics of multiphase flow,multiple physical fields and the lining structure of the condensing submerged arc furnace,a coupled heat transfer calculation model of multiple physical fields of the condensing submerged arc furnace was constructed.CFD simulation was used to reasonably predict the temperature field distribution of the condensing submerged arc furnace lining and analyze the temperature field.Based on the thermal structure coupling theory and the structural characteristics of the lining of a condensing submerged arc furnace,a simulation calculation model for the thermal stress of the lining under working conditions of the condensing submerged arc furnace was constructed,and the relationship between the cooling water temperature and the stress and deformation of the lining was analyzed.
