摘要
催化裂化装置工艺流程多、开工复杂时间长,选择合适的开工催化剂是保障催化裂化装置顺利开工和生产的重要部分.对开工催化剂选择新鲜剂或平衡剂进行了分析,并对目前开工广泛采用的平衡剂进行了进一步研究,介绍了开工平衡剂的来源和性能,对开工平衡剂的活性、比表面积、金属、筛分等重要指标给出建议,以指导装置开工人员更好地选择开工平衡剂.
Abstract
The catalytic cracking unit has multiple process flows and a long start-up time.Choosing a suitable start-up catalyst is an important part of ensuring the smooth start-up and production of the catalytic cracking unit.In this article,the selection of fresh or equilibrium catalysts for start-up catalysts was analyzed,and the widely used equilibrium catalyst currently in operation was further studied.The sources and properties of start-up equilibrium catalyst were introduced,and suggestions for important indicators such as MAT,SA,metal,and particle size distribution of start-up equilibrium catalyst were put forward to guide and assist equipment start-up personnel in better selecting start-up equilibrium catalyst.
