Corrosion Causes and Control Measures of Acrylonitrile Unit
The typical corrosion cases of acrylonitrile plants were described,the corrosion characteristics of the process media of acrylonitrile plants were introduced.Aiming at extending the service life of acrylonitrile plant and equipment,reducing the occurrence of equipment leakage accidents,reducing safety risks in production,and promoting the safe and stable production of acrylonitrile plant,corrosion control measures were proposed from multiple perspectives.The paper can provide some reference for the research of chemical anti-corrosion.
