间戊二烯石油树脂装置是独山子天利石化股份有限公司主要生产装置之一.该装置采用国内先进的生产技术,由裂解碳五原料中分离出的间戊二烯、单烯烃、异戊二烯以及苯乙烯为原料,通过阳离子聚合反应得到树脂产品,其主要牌号有 L-1000、L-1201、L-1301,分别应用于热熔路标涂料、热熔压敏胶标签、EVA 型热熔胶.不同牌号的产品其性能和生产调节方式不同,根据聚合反应机理和影响因素,通过调整原料配比、控制反应温度等手段控制产品的稳定性.
Effect of Raw Material Composition and Polymerization on Properties of Resin Products
The pentadiene petroleum resin plant is one of the main production units of Dushanzi Tianli Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The plant adopts advanced domestic production technology and uses pentadiene,monoolefin,isoprene and ammonium styrene separated from C5 raw materials as raw materials to obtain resin product through cation polymerization.The main brands of the resin product are L-1000,L-1201 and L-1301.They are applied to hot melt roadmap paint,hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive label,EVA hot melt adhesive.Different grades of products have different properties and production regulation modes.According to the polymerization reaction mechanism and influencing factors,the stability of products is controlled by means of adjusting the proportion of raw materials,controlling the reaction temperature.
