A New Double-Layer Accident Pool for Chemical Enterprises
According to the engineering example of an enterprise in the field of petrochemical industry,a new type of double-layer accident pool was introduced.The new-type double-layer accident pool refers to the joint construction of the accident pool and other purpose pools,which is a whole.The accident pool is set below,and the other joint construction pool is set above.The accident pool is vacant at ordinary time,and other pools required to be jointly built have water at ordinary time.The new double-layer accident pool improves the utilization of project construction land,saves the investment in civil construction and shortens the construction period.More importantly,because the accident pool is vacant all year round when there is no accident,it needs to carry out anti-float design.Other pools above the accident pool can replace the anti-float design,and make good use of the invalid volume above the effective liquid level of the accident pool.The paper provides reference for the design of accident pond in petrochemical industry.
