Detection Method of Succinic Anhydride and Its Industrial Intermediates
Taking tetrahydrofuran(THF),maleic anhydride(MA)and γ-butyrolactone(GBL)as the research objects,the detection methods of succinic anhydride product and main impurities in the intermediate control process were studied.The suitable solvent(internal standard)was screened through experiments,and the correction factors of each component were introduced.The method conditions for detecting the product content and main impurities of succinic anhydride by gas chromatography with HP-5 capillary column and FID detector were determined,and the repeatability and accuracy of the method were verified.The results show that this method is fast and accurate,and it is suitable for product quality control in industrial production of succinic anhydride and product detection in production process.
