摘要

利用 Ti4AlN3 和 Cu 的混合物来制作一种新型的高性能陶瓷,这种混合物的制造过程是先用三维球磨技术把Cu粉和其他原料粉末(包括Ti粉、Al粉和Tin粉)均匀地混合在一起,然后使用真空热压烧结工艺将其转化为 Cu/Ti4AlN3 复合陶瓷.最后,采用正交设计法优化合成高纯 Ti4AlN3 块体材料.结果表明:n(Ti)∶n(Al)∶n(TiN)∶n(Cu)=1∶1.6∶3.1∶0.5、烧结温度1 400℃、施加压强25 MPa、保温时间2 h为最优工艺条件.

Abstract

The mixture of Ti4AlN3 and Cu was used to produce a new type of high-performance ceramic.The manufacturing process of this mixture involved uniformly mixing Cu powder and other raw material powders(including Ti powder,Al powder,and Tin powder)using three-dimensional ball milling technology,and then converting it into Cu/Ti4AlN3 composite ceramics using vacuum hot pressing sintering process.Finally,the orthogonal design method was used to optimize the synthesis of high-purity Ti4AlN3 bulk materials.The experimental results showed that the optimal process was as follows:n(Ti)∶n(Al)∶n(TiN)∶n(Cu)=1∶1.6∶3.1∶0.5,sintering temperature 1 400℃,applied pressure 25 MPa,and holding time 2 h.
