复合营养型反硝化生物填料的制备及性能研究

采用硫磺为电子供体,碳酸钙粉末为无机碳源,羧甲基纤维素钠为有机粘合剂,利用挤条-造粒的方法开发制备出复合营养型反硝化填料.所制备的复合型反硝化生物填料形成了较为稳固的物化结构,能够在水中持续缓释异养反硝化与硫自养反硝化所需的营养物质.使用该填料驱动复合营养型反硝化滤池后,对水中NO3--N的去除率可达90%以上.
Study on Preparation and Performance of Composite Nutrient Denitrifying Biofiller
Composite nutritional denitrification filler was developed by extrusion granulation method using sulfur as the electron donor,calcium carbonate powder as the inorganic carbon source,and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium as the organic binder.The prepared composite denitrification biofilm formed a relatively stable physicochemical structure,which could sustainably release the nutrients required for heterotrophic denitrification and sulfur autotrophic denitrification in water.After using this filler to drive the composite nutrient denitrification filter,the removal rate of NO3--N in water was over 90%.
