碳纤维粉改性环氧树脂基体的性能研究

研究了向 692-2k 环氧树脂中添加碳纤维粉的方法,以制备碳纤维粉改性的环氧树脂基体,并考察了不同掺量(质量分数0、15%、20%、2%)和尺寸(500目和 1 000目,即 25 μm和13 μm)的碳纤维粉对基体力学性能和耐热性能的影响.结果表明:不同尺寸和掺量的碳纤维粉可以显著改善环氧树脂基体的力学性能和耐热性能.未掺碳纤维粉的环氧树脂基体最大抗拉强度和最大弯曲强度分别为8、10 MPa,当加入500 目(25 μm)且掺量为20%的碳纤维粉时,其改性的环氧树脂具有最大抗拉强度为11 MPa,掺量为15%时具有最大弯曲强度(18 MPa),而当加入1 000目(13 μm)且掺量为25%时,具有最大抗拉强度为14 MPa,掺量为 20%时具有最大弯曲强度(25 MPa).同时,在干燥烘箱120℃连续 5 天的加热下,500目(25 μm)25%掺量的碳纤维粉改性692-2k环氧树脂有效提高了材料耐热性能,其失重率最小.
Study on Properties of Epoxy Resin Matrix Modified by Carbon Fiber Powder
The method of adding carbon fiber powder to 692-2k epoxy resin was studied to prepare epoxy resin matrix modified with carbon fiber powder.The effects of carbon fiber powder with different dosage(0,15%,20%,25%mass fraction)and size(500 mesh and 1 000 mesh)on tensile and heat resistance properties of epoxy resin matrix were investigated.The experimental results showed that the mechanical properties and heat resistance of epoxy resin matrix could be significantly improved by different size and dosage of carbon fiber powder.The maximum tensile strength and bending strength of epoxy resin matrix without carbon fiber powder were 8 MPa and 10 MPa,respectively.When carbon fiber powder with 500 mesh(25 μm)was added and dosage was 20%,the modified epoxy resin had the maximum tensile strength of 11 MPa,the maximum bending strength was 18 MPa when the content was 15%;when 1 000 mesh carbon fiber powder was added and dosage was 25%,the modified epoxy resin had the maximum bending strength of 14 MPa,and the maximum bending strength was 25 MPa when the content was 20%.At the same time,the modified 692-2k epoxy resin with 25%content of 500 mesh carbon fiber powder was heated at 120℃for 5 consecutive days in a drying oven,and the heat resistance of the material was improved effectively with the minimum weight loss rate.
