单组分高性能氯丁水基型乳液喷胶的制备与性能表征

首先采用种子乳液聚合法制备出能与氯丁胶乳匹配及性能优良的叔碳乳液 TCA;采用化学接枝法对氯丁原料进行改性,以获得稳定性更高、性能更优异的氯丁胶,然后采用共混的方法,制备集叔碳乳液和氯丁的优异性能于一体的水基氯丁胶黏剂,确实最优的比例条件,并进行了相关性能表征.结果表明:由于叔碳乳液独特的结构,新型水基氯丁胶黏剂能够粘接软质PVC材料,这是普通水性胶无法比拟的,开创水基胶黏剂能粘接软质聚氯乙烯制品之先河.
Preparation and Characterization of Single Component High Performance Chloroprene Water-Based Emulsion Spray Adhesive
TCA,a tertiary carbon lotion with excellent performance and matching with neoprene latex,was prepared by seed lotion polymerization;the neoprene raw material was modified by chemical grafting to obtain a neoprene adhesive with higher stability and better performance.Then,a water-based neoprene adhesive integrating the excellent performance of tert carbon lotion and neoprene was prepared by blending.The research results showed that,due to the unique structure of tert carbon lotion,the new water-based polychloroprene adhesive could bond soft PVC materials,which was incomparable with ordinary water-based adhesive,creating a precedent for water-based adhesive to bond soft PVC products.
