Experimental Study on Proportion of Dewatering and Consolidation Agents for Dredged Sludge
The influence of different chemical agent ratios on the dewatering and consolidation effect of dredged sludge was studied.Taking water content and unconfined compressive strength as evaluation indicators, the influence of different proportions of portland cement, calcium oxide, polyacrylamide on the dewatering and consolidation effect of dredged sludge was investigated. The development trend of dehydration and consolidation agent was prospected. The results showed that when the water content of dredged sludge was the same, the dehydration and consolidation effect of portland cement 5%,calcium oxide 10%,and polyacrylamide 1%was the best. When the agent ratio was the same, the dehydration and consolidation effect was the best when the water content of dredged sludge was adjusted to 120%.
