水性聚氨酯改性研究进展

水性聚氨酯具有较多极性基团,对于合成材料尤其是极性多孔材料具备良好的黏接性,被广泛应用于胶黏剂、涂料和表面涂饰等领域,但存在拉力不够、耐热不足、耐水性差等缺点.基于此,阐述了水性聚氨酯的改性方法,包括交联改性、丙烯酸改性、有机硅改性、环氧树脂改性、纳米材料改性,介绍各种改性方法在胶黏剂和涂料应用研究的进展情况,并对水性聚氨酯今后研究方向提出建议.
Research Progress of Waterborne Polyurethane Modification
Waterborne polyurethane has many polar functional groups,which have good adhesion to synthetic materials,especially polar porous materials.It is widely used in adhesives,coatings and surface coatings.However,during use,it has been found that there are shortcomings such as insufficient tensile strength,low heat resistance,and poor water resistance.Based on this,the modification methods of waterborne polyurethane was introduced,including crosslinking modification,acrylic modification,organosilicon modification,epoxy resin modification,and nanomaterial modification.The research progress of various modification methods in the application of adhesives and coatings was also introduced.Finally,some suggestions for the future research direction of waterborne polyurethane were proposed.
