摘要

传统的酶检测生化方法主要基于抗体的免疫测定,缺乏监测酶在活细胞和体内的时空分布,特别是酶的氧化还原活性的能力.全面总结了近年来在小分子和基于材料的荧光探针开发方面取得的进展,这些荧光探针用于灵敏检测与许多人类疾病相关的酶的活性.

Abstract

Traditional biochemical methods for enzyme detection are mainly based on antibody-based immunoassays,which lack the ability to monitor the spatial and temporal distribution of enzymes in living cells and in vivo,especially the REDOX activity of enzymes.In this article,a comprehensive summary of the advances made in recent years in the development of small molecule and material-based fluorescent probes for sensitive detection of the activity of enzymes associated with many human diseases was presented.
