随着中国经济的快速发展,石油能源的需求量也越来越大,而在石油的生产过程中产生了大量含油污水,这些含油污水成分复杂,对其处理不当或肆意排放会对生态环境造成严重污染.基于这个背景,对含油污水的处理方法进行总结和综述,旨在对含油污水的处理工艺的选择提供一定的参考和依据.目前处理含油污水的物理法有膜分离法、吸附法、浮选法、水力旋流法、过滤法、电磁法;化学法有化学絮凝法、微电解法、水解酸化法、光催化氧化法、Fenton氧化法、臭氧氧化法;生物法有生物滤池法、活性污泥法、膜生物反应器、生物滤池法、生物接触氧化法等.由于每种工艺都具有一定优势和缺陷,因此应根据废水的特性、经济成本等实际情况来选择合适的工艺或多种工艺间的组合来处理含油污水.
Treatment Methods of Oily Wastewater
With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for petroleum energy is also increasing.In the process of petroleum production,a large amount of oily wastewater is generated,which has complex components.Improper treatment or arbitrary discharge of these oily wastewater can cause serious pollution to the ecological environment.Based on this background,the treatment methods for oily wastewater were summarized and reviewed,aiming to provide some reference and basis for the selection of treatment processes for oily wastewater.At present,the physical methods for treating oily wastewater include membrane separation,adsorption,flotation,hydrocyclone,filtration,and electromagnetic methods;chemical methods include chemical flocculation,microelectrolysis,hydrolysis acidification,photocatalytic oxidation,Fenton oxidation,and ozone oxidation;biological methods include biofilter method,activated sludge method,membrane bioreactor,biofilter method,biological contact oxidation method,etc.Because each process has certain advantages and disadvantages,a suitable process or a combination of multiple processes should be chosen to treat oily wastewater according to the actual situation of wastewater characteristics and economic costs.
