合成氨工艺研究

氨气作为重要的工业原料,在工业发展中发挥着重要的基础性支撑作用.简要介绍了合成氨工艺发展历程和现状、挑战及进展.提供了新型合成氨工艺的可能方向,一种重要的方法是采用电化学合成氨工艺,另一种是氢气直接合成氨工艺是一种利用氢气和氮气直接反应生成氨气的合成氨工艺.通过实验研究认为将合成氨ZSM-5 催化剂的活性最高,当反应温度升高至400℃时,反应产物的浓度达到最大值,而当反应压力升高至15.2 MPa时,反应速率最大.
Study on Synthetic Ammonia Process
As an important industrial raw material,ammonia plays an important basic supporting role in industrial development.In this paper,the development history,present situation,challenges and progress of synthetic ammonia process were briefly introduced.The possible direction of new synthetic ammonia process was provided.One important method is electrochemical synthetic ammonia process,and the other is hydrogen direct synthetic ammonia process,which uses hydrogen and nitrogen to directly react to produce ammonia.It was considered that the activity of ZSM-5 catalyst for synthetic ammonia was the highest.When the reaction temperature rose to 400℃,the concentration of reaction products reached the maximum,and when the reaction pressure rose to 15.2 MPa,the reaction rate reached the maximum.
