在传统管内螺旋强化传热元件基础上进行结构改进,设计出一种新型内置齿状螺旋元件换热管,应用 Fluent 软件,在低雷诺数下内置齿状螺旋元件换热管内的单液相中流速场和温度场进行模拟研究,探究其强化传热机理,并探讨了不同宽径比对换热管传热性能的影响.结果表明:当2L/D=0.5的情况下流体流经四个传热元件后综合性能最好,PEC值达到1.454,综合性能优于其他三种宽径比的换热管.
Influence of Width-to-Diameter Ratio on Heat Transfer Performance of Internal Toothed Spiral Element Heat Exchange Tube
Based on the structural improvement of the traditional spiral enhanced heat transfer element in the tube,a new type of internal toothed spiral element heat exchange tube was designed.By using Fluent software,the flow rate field and temperature field in the single liquid phase inside the internal spiral element heat exchange tube at low Reynolds number were simulated to explore the mechanism of its enhanced heat transfer.The influence of different ratio of width to diameter on heat transfer performance of heat exchange tube was also discussed.The results showed that,when the fluid flowed through the four heat transfer elements at 2L/D=0.5,the comprehensive performance was the best,and the PEC value reached 1.454,which was superior to the other three kinds of width-to-diameter heat exchange tubes.
