摘要

某石油化工装置二甲苯重沸炉在运行期间加热炉燃烧器及燃料气管线频繁发生泄漏,给装置安全生产带来巨大安全隐患.针对加热炉燃烧器及附属燃料气连接管线泄漏情况,通过现场勘察,结合化验结果进行分析,同时对后期泄漏治理提出可行性方案.

Abstract

During the operation of a xylene reboiler in a petrochemical plant,frequent leaks occurred in the heating furnace burner and fuel gas pipeline,posing a huge safety hazard to the safety production of the plant.In this article,the leakage situation of the heating furnace burner and auxiliary fuel gas connection pipeline was analyzed through on-site investigation,combined with laboratory analysis results,and feasible solutions for later leakage control were put forward.
