摘要
大数据环境下,创新"情指行"一体化的情报服务,对情报信息运用的规范化、制度化、实战化具有重要意义.在论述"情指行"一体化、情报服务的基础上,针对当前在统筹职能、深化认知、专业手段、实战能力等方面存在的瓶颈短板,提出构建"常态、应急、安保、专项"等四种类型的情报服务模式,并提出"平台建设、警种合成、情报线索研判推送、网上网下同步应对"等情报服务运行机制,以期为做好新时期公安工作提供思路借鉴.
Abstract
In the Big Data environment,innovating the integrated intelligence services of"intelligence,command,and action"is of great significance for the standardization,institutionalization,and practical application of intelligence.On the basis of discussing the integration of"intelligence,command and action"and intelligence services,the paper proposes the construction of four types of intelligence service models,namely"normal,emergency,security,and special",in response to the shortcomings in current coordination functions,deepening cognition,professional means,and practical capabilities.It also puts forward intelligence service operation mechanisms such as"platform construction,police type synthesis,intelligence clue analysis and push,and online and offline synchronous response",in order to provide ideas and references for doing a good job in public security work in the new era.
