Prevention and Control of Cybercrimes and Responsibility of Police Colleges
This paper takes the definition of cybercrime as the starting point,then in view of the two major points of the current public security organs in fighting and preventing cybercrime,and in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security,it puts forward the application of the new policing mode of"Specialty+Mechanism+Big Data"in the scene of cybercrime.That is to take big data intelligence as the leading factor,break the boundaries of regions,ranks and police categories,set up three provincial major institutions,namely,"the Cybercrime Reporting Center""the Cybercrime Intelligence Center"and"the Cybercrime Consulting Center".This paper discusses and puts forward three ways for police colleges to empower cybercrime prevention and control,such as to play a role and lead the actual combat in the field of big data information reporting and investigation,to play a role and empower the actual combat in the field of criminal fund analysis,and to play a role and serve the society in the field of propaganda and education of cyber crime prevention and control.
