17个红松无性系种实特性研究

红松是我国东北地区珍贵的用材和坚果树种,为筛选出辽宁地区结实优良的红松无性系,以17个红松无性系球果为试材,以球果长、球果宽、球果质量等球果性状,种子长、种子宽、种子千粒质量、种仁长、种仁宽和种仁千粒质量等种子性状为筛选指标,分别运用主成分分析法、隶属函数法和布雷金多性状综合评价法等对无性系进行排序.结果表明:单株球果数、单株球果质量、单个球果种子数、单个球果质量、球果长、种子长、种子宽、种子千粒质量、种仁长、种仁宽和种仁千粒质量等种实性状在不同无性系间均存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01),且这些指标具有较高的重复力,均在70%以上,为红松优良无性系选育提供了可能.大748和81019在3种评价方法中排序靠前,单株球果数均为9个,单个球果种子数分别为70粒和57粒、单个球果质量分别为127.62 g和161.53 g、种子千粒质量分别为906.67 g和1 070 g、种仁千粒质量分别为333.33 g和400 g,单株球果总质量均值分别为4.8 kg和1.45 kg.大748单株产量高,是参试无性系均值的2.68倍;而81019的球果和种子大,其单个球果质量、种子千粒质量和种仁千粒质量分别是参试无性系的1.22倍、1.35倍和1.36倍.该研究结果对辽宁地区红松产业发展具有重要的指导意义.
Study on the seed and fruit characteristics of 17 Pinus koraiensis clones
Pinus koraiensis is a precious timber and nut tree species in Northeast China.In order to screen out the Pinus koraiensis clones with excellent fruit in Liaoning,17 Pinus koraiensis clones were used as test materials,and multiple traits of cones(cone length,cone width,cone weight,etc.)and seed indexes(seed length,seed width,weight of 1000-grain seeds,kernel length,kernel width and weight of 1000-grain kernels)were selected.As the basis for screening,the clones were ranked and evaluated by principal component analysis,membership function method and Brepin multi-trait comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that there were significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)difference among different clones in cone and seed traits,such as number of cones per plant,weight of cones per plant,number of seeds per cone,weight of a single cone,length of the cones,length of the seeds,width of the seeds,weight of 1000-grain seeds,kernel length,kernel width and weight of 1000-grain kernels.Moreover,the repetition power of these indicators is more than 70%,which provides the possibility for the breeding of excellent clones of Pinus koraiensis.Among the three evaluation methods,Da 748 and 81019 performed outstandingly,and their mean values of cones per plant,seeds per cone,weight per cone,1000-seed weight of seeds,1000-grain weight of kernels and total mass per cone were 9 and 9,70 and 57,127.62 g and 161.53 g,906.67 g and 1 070 g,333.33 g and 400 g,4.8 kg and 1.45 kg,respectively.Da 748 had a high yield per plant,which was 2.68 times of the average value of the tested clones,while the cones and seeds of 81019 were large,and the weight of single cones,weight of 1000-grain seeds and weight of 1000-grain kernel were 1.22 times,1.35 times and 1.36 times that of the tested clones,respectively.This results have important guiding significance for the development of Pinus koraiensis industry in Liaoning.
