对白花玉簪的组织培养技术进行了研究.结果表明:以休眠芽做外植体培养在MS+ BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基上可诱导增殖出苗.系数5倍以上；生根培养以1/2MS+ IBA 0.5 mg/L培养基为最好.生根率达90％.；移栽基质以纯沙为最好.成活率达80％以上.
Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of the Hosta plantaginea Aschers
Cell culture was made of the Hosta plantaginea Aschers for its rapid propagation. Orthogonal design indicated that MS + 6-BA 1 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L was the best culture medium to induce proliferation buds from its tuber. Propagation coefficient was five times. The best culture medium for multiplication of cluster shoots was1/2 MS + IB A 0. 5 mg/L. When micropropagated plantlets with well-developed root systems were transferred to planting bed of sand in a greenhouse, 80% of the plantlets survived.
