辽宁省部分地区野生大豆资源遗传多样性分析

2013年对辽宁省铁岭市、大连市、朝阳市的野生大豆进行了初步考察、收集和整理。利用20对 SSR 引物对来自辽宁省3个地级市的120份野生大豆种质进行了遗传多态性分析。结果表明,辽宁省野生大豆具有较高的遗传多样性,20对 SSR 引物全部在野生大豆中扩增出多态产物,多态性位点所占比例为100%,Shan-non 多样性指数平均为1.6517。野生大豆群体的基因分化系数( Gst)平均为0.1022,野生大豆群体内的遗传分化较大,遗传差异明显。聚类分析中,3个地区共分为2个大类和12个小类,表明材料的遗传背景与地理分布具有一定的相关性。
Genetic Similarity of Wild Soybeans from Different Origins in Liaoning Province
Field surveys were conducted to define the distribution region of Liaoning wild soybeans,wild soy-beans resources were collected from three regions of Liaoning Province in the autumns 2013. The genetic di-versity was analyzed to 120 wild soybean germplasms from 3 regions in Liaoning province by using 20 pairs of SSR primers. The percentage of polymorphic loci was 100% and Shannonˊs information index was 1. 6517, showing that the genetic diversity of Liaoning wild soybean is very high. The Gst of 0. 1022 suggested that the main genetic variation of wild soybean resided internal populations. The 3 areas were divided into 2 major cat-egories and 12 sub-categories in clustering analysis,which showed that the genetic background of germplasm was correlated to its geographical distribution to some extent.
