摘要
农产品跨境电商发展成为乡村振兴的重要支撑力量.跨境电商能够提升农产品流通和销售效率,重铸农产品生态圈,增强农产品国际市场竞争力,推动农业经济链条化高质量发展.我国农产品跨境电商发展目前面临着农业产业链基础薄弱、供应链和物流体系不通畅、标准化农产品质量监管体系不健全、法律法规和政策环境不完善等现实困境,应加大扶持力度和政策保障、建设完善的供应链和物流体系、打造优质安全的产品品质链、强化贸易信用体系建设和金融服务、提升农业产业价值链,以推进我国农产品跨境电商高质量发展.
Abstract
The development of cross-border e-commerce for agricultural products has become an important sup-porting force for rural revitalization.It can improve the efficiency of circulation and sales of agricultural prod-ucts,recast the ecosystem,enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products in the international market,and promote the high-quality development of the agricultural economic chain.However,China's current pro-gress in cross-border e-commerce for agricultural products faces practical challenges such as a weak foundation in the agricultural industry chain,lack of unobstructed supply chain and logistics system,unstandardized su-pervision system for agricultural product quality,as well as inadequate laws,regulations,and policy environ-ment.To address these issues effectively,it is necessary to increase support and policy guarantees while estab-lishing a robust supply chain and logistics system.Additionally,efforts should be made to build a high-stand-ard and safe product quality chain and strengthen trade credit systems and financial services.Furthermore,en-hancing the value chain within the agriculture industry,so as to promote the high-quality development of China's agricultural products cross-border e-commerce.
