摘要

利用公开数据,从农业能源利用、农用物资投入、水稻种植和畜禽养殖 4 个层面构建碳排放量的测度指标体系,对浙江省及其各市域 2010~2020 年农业碳排放量进行测度,并对碳排放强度和碳排放源内部结构进行时序分析,研究发现全省或市域范围农业碳排放量和排放强度均呈下降趋势,从排放源内部结构来看,多数地市以畜禽养殖为主要碳排放源,不同市域碳排放结构存在一定的差异.研究的政策涵义在于制定碳减排政策时要充分考虑不同地市农业产业结构的差异,水稻种植、农用物资投入和农业能源利用应成为今后一定时期浙江农业碳减排的重要领域.

Abstract

This study utilizes publicly available data to construct a measurement index system for carbon emis-sions from four levels:agricultural energy utilization,agricultural material input,rice cultivation,and live-stock and poultry farming,Measure the agricultural carbon emissions of Zhejiang Province and its municipali-ties from 2010 to 2020,And conduct a temporal analysis on the intensity of carbon emissions and the internal structure of carbon emission sources,Research has found that the carbon emissions and emission intensity of agriculture across the province or municipality are showing a downward trend,From the internal structure of e-mission sources,most cities use livestock and poultry breeding as the main carbon emission source,and there are certain differences in the carbon emission structure among different cities.The policy implication of the study is that when formulating carbon emission reduction policies,it is necessary to fully consider the differ-ences in the agricultural industrial structure of different regions and cities,Rice cultivation,agricultural materi-al input,and agricultural energy utilization should become important areas for carbon reduction in Zhejiang's agriculture in the future.
