Current Situation and Satisfaction Analysis on Governance of Rural Humam Settlememts in Boli County Heilongjiang Province
Taking farmers'satisfaction on Governance of Rural human settlements as point in Boli County Hei-longjiang Province,this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of rural human settlements by u-sing questionnaire method.The results showed that,the satisfaction rate of famer to the living environments,the garbage removal and toilet reconstruction is 51%,42.6%and 37.9%respectively,to the sewage treat-ment is the lowest,and is 20.2%;Chi-square test showed that the satisfaction of garbage removal,sewage treatment and toilet reconstruction has a significant impact on rural residents'satisfaction with rural living envi-ronment.Aim at the four main problems existing in the rural living environment of Boli County Heilongjiang province,such as the lack of effective supervision of sewage discharge,the lack of livestock and poultry ma-nure harmless treatment technology,the simple way of garbage treatment,and the inappropriate mode of toilet reconstruction,the specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,this paper concluded that the governance model of village social organization+village committee is an effective way to manage rural human settlements.
