高粱种质资源成熟期氮效率评价及筛选

氮素作为影响作物生长发育的重要元素,是限制作物高产的重要限制因素之一.硝酸还原酶(Nitrate Reductase,简称 NR)作为高等植物氮素吸收利用的限速酶,直接调节氮代谢.因此,叶片硝酸还原酶活性作为影响高粱产量的重要生理指标被用于评价氮素吸收、利用效率.本研究选取了97 份不同来源的高粱材料,通过对 97 份高粱材料进行成熟期倒二叶和倒三叶的硝酸还原酶活性测定,为筛选高粱氮高效材料奠定基础.
Nitrogen,as an important element affecting crop growth and development,is one of the important limiting factors for crop yield.Nitrate Reductase(NR),as a rate-limiting enzyme for nitrogen uptake and uti-lization in higher plants,directly regulates nitrogen metabolism.Therefore,nitrate reductase activity of leav-es,as an important physiological index affecting sorghum yield,was used to evaluate nitrogen uptake and utili-zation efficiency.In this study,97 sorghum materials from different sources were selected,and the nitrate re-ductase activities of 97 sorghum materials at maturity were determined,which laid a foundation for screening sorghum materials with high nitrogen efficiency.
