摘要
在水稻发育过程中,柱头是接受外来花粉的重要器官.水稻高柱头外露率可以改良不育系的异交结实率,提升杂交稻的制繁种产量,在水稻杂种优势利用中扮演着重要角色.文中从遗传效应、QTL定位、基因克隆、育种应用以及分子设计育种等方面,阐述了水稻柱头外露性状的遗传育种研究进展,旨在为育种家们提供相关的参考.
Abstract
During the development of rice,the stigma is an important organ for receiving foreign pollen.The high exposed stigma rate of rice can improve the outcrossing rate of male sterile lines,increasing the yield of seed production,and playing an important role in the utilization of heterosis in rice.This article elaborates on the genetic breeding of stigma exsertion trait in rice from the aspects of genetic effects,QTL mapping,clo-ning,breeding applications,and molecular design breeding,aiming to provide relevant references for breed-ers.
