选取伊犁河谷主要栽培的 8 个乡土苹果品种为试材,采用相关性、因子分析和聚类分析等方法,优选出核心品质指标进行"合理—满意度"分析,旨在为乡土品种的大面积推广提供数据支撑.结果表明,各品质指标间存在不同的变异,变异系数范围 8.15%~41.33%.对各指标进行相关性分析,单果重与果实纵横径、纵横径之间、酸度与固酸比、果柄长度与果型指数相关性极显著.因子分析提取了 5 项主因子,累积贡献率达99.278%.将主因子载荷值进行聚类分析,简化后的果实品质评价指标为单果重、硬度、总酸含量、可溶性固形物、固酸比.选取简化后的核心品质指标计算出"合理—满意度"并排序,其中,阿波尔特、斯托洛维、卡帕克塔干综合性状表现好,综合"合理—满意度"较高,分别为 0.713、0.709、0.62,建议在伊犁河谷逆温带区域加大推广力度,更好地保护乡土苹果的优质种质资源.
Analysis and Evaluation on of Fruit Quality of Main Native Apple Varieties in Yili Valley
Eight local apple varieties mainly cultivated in Yili River Valley were selected as test materials,and the core quality indexes were selected for'reasonable-satisfaction'analysis by means of correlation,factor analysis and cluster analysis,in order to provide data support for the large-scale promotion of local varieties.The results showed that there were different variations among the quality indexes,and the coefficient of varia-tion ranged from 8.15%to 41.33%.The correlation analysis of each index showed that the correlation be-tween single fruit weight and fruit longitudinal and transverse diameter,longitudinal and transverse diameter,acidity and solid acid ratio,fruit stalk length and fruit shape index was extremely significant.Five main factors were extracted by factor analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 99.278%.The main factor loading values were analyzed by cluster analysis,and the simplified fruit quality evaluation indexes were single fruit weight,hardness,total acid content,soluble solids and solid-acid ratio.The simplified core quality indicators were selected to calculate the'reasonable-satisfaction'and sort them.Among them,the reasonable satisfac-tion of Aboerte,Situoluowei and Kapaketagan comprehensive was up to 0.713,0.709 and 0.62,The fruit quality of these three varieties is outstanding.It is suggested to increase the promotion in the inversion zone of the Ili River Valley to better protect the high-quality germplasm resources of local apples.
