Thinking on the Way to Implement the Classification of Rural Domestic Waste under the Background of Rural Eevitalization
The construction of rural ecological civilization is a long-term theme under the strategy of rural revi-talization in China.At present,the pollution of rural household garbage in China is showing a trend of multiple types and increasing total amount,which seriously hindering the realization of the goal of improving the rural environment and economy.The implementation of household waste classification system can effectively reduce the source amount and improve the efficiency of harmless waste treatment.In the process of implementing the domestic waste classification system in rural areas of China,there are still some practical problems such as in-sufficient supply of policies and regulations,uneven and single source of capital investment,lack of behavioral drive of rural residents,and poor governance and supervision mode.It is necessary to speed up the construc-tion of a scientific and complete normative system,ensure the reasonable and effective introduction and use of capital,carry out environmental awareness training and behavioral incentives for villagers according to local conditions,strengthen the coordination mechanism in a number of processes,and effectively promote the con-trol of rural household garbage pollution through the combination of soft and hard means.
