摘要

农业新质生产力是推动经济发展与现代社会进步的重要力量,其发展对于实现省域经济高质量发展和农业现代化具有重大意义.云南农业新质生产力发展面临着传统农业生产方式转型困难、农业科技创新能力不足、农业产业链条不完善、农业创新人才短缺、农田等基础设施建设不足等现实问题.基于此提出推动绿色生产、加强农业科技创新、聚焦"强链补链延链"、打造高素质人才队伍和夯实农业基础的政策建议,为云南农业新质生产力高质量发展提供理论指导和实践参考.

Abstract

Agricultural new quality productive force is an important force to promote economic development and modern social progress,and its development is of great significance to the realization of high-quality economic development and agricultural modernization in the province.The development of new agricultural productive forces in Yunnan province is faced with practical problems such as difficulties in the transformation of traditional agricultural production mode,lack of innovation ability of agricul-tural science and technology,low degree of agricultural production standardization and imperfect agricultural industrial chain.This paper focus on how to promote Yunnan agricultural new quality productivity,finally research and put forward to promote green production,agricultural science and technology innovation,integration of agricultural industry chain,talent training policy and consolidate agriculture foundation suggestions,aims to high quality development to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference.
