水稻大棚集中育苗自动化和智能化技术为水稻高质量生产提供硬件和软件基础,其采用智能化管理、集约化生产,精准控制种子萌发和秧苗生长所需的水、肥、药剂、温等条件,对水稻生长的各个环节进行精确监测和远程控制,实现了育秧专业化、管理智能化、插秧机械化的现代化生产目标.文中基于 2018~2023 年调研与生产实践,对辽宁省水稻大棚集中智能化管理系统和育苗场景应用情况做了论述,以期为地区水稻育苗智能化生产提供参考.
Preliminary Study on the Automation and Intelligent Application of Concentrated Rice Seedling in Greenhouses in Liaoning Province
The automation and intelligent technology of centralized seedling cultivation in rice greenhouses pro-vide hardware and software foundations for high-quality rice production.It adopts intelligent management and intensive production to precisely control the water,fertilizer,chemicals,temperature and other conditions re-quired for seed germination and seedling growth.It accurately monitors and remotely controls various stages of rice growth,achieving the modern production goals of specialized seedling cultivation,intelligent manage-ment,and mechanized transplanting.This study is based on research and production practices from 2018 to 2023,and discusses the application of the centralized intelligent management system and seedling cultivation scenarios in rice greenhouses in Liaoning province,aiming to provide reference for the intelligent production of rice seedling cultivation in the region.
