Analysis of the Challenges and Countermeasures Faced by the Integrated Development of Liaoning's Third Industry under the Background of Rural Revitalization
As an innovative development method and key link to achieve rural revitalization,the integrated de-velopment of rural three industries plays an important role in realizing the modernization of agriculture and ru-ral areas.The integrated development of the three rural industries in Liaoning Province has demonstrated strong vitality in the rural revitalization strategy,but it has also encountered a series of challenges.Addressing the current status and challenges of rural tertiary industry integration in Liaoning province,the study proposes six countermeasures:conducting top-level planning and design,emphasizing urban-rural coordination,strengthening technological support,Explore the diverse values of agriculture,establishing industrial integra-tion clusters,and innovating development mechanisms.The study provides innovative thinking and basic theo-retical research for promoting the integrated development of the three rural industries in Liaoning province.
