摘要
生态产品是农村最丰富的资源,农村生态产品价值实现是实现乡村振兴的重要支点.通过对全国农村生态产品价值实现的生态补偿模式、产权交易模式、生态化经营开发模式等实践经验进行整理分析,结合面临的生态资源转化为生态产品不顺畅、生态产品市场化交易体系不健全、生态产品与现有公共资源融合不足等3 大难题,从健全准备机制、完善实施机制、加强保障机制 3 个方面探讨如何更好地实现农村生态产品价值.
Abstract
Ecological products are the most abundant resources in rural areas,and the realization of the value of rural ecological products is an important pivot for achieving rural revitalization.By summarizing and analy-zing the practical experience of ecological compensation models,property rights trading models,and ecological management and development models for realizing the value of rural ecological products nationwide,and com-bining the three major challenges faced by the transformation of ecological resources into ecological products,the imperfect market-oriented trading system for ecological products,and the insufficient integration of ecologi-cal products with existing public resources,this paper proposes to improve the preparation mechanism,imple-mentation mechanism,and implementation mechanism Exploring how to better realize the value of rural ecolog-ical products from three aspects:strengthening the guarantee mechanism.
