文中从县域产业经济发展的视角,对商洛市商州区食用菌产业发展质量进行分析.发现其在生态环境、产业基础、生产模式、生产技术水平和市场竞争力等方面优势突出,但存在高质量产品的供给能力弱、品种结构不合理、经营主体应对风险的能力弱和品牌影响力弱等问题,并提出优化产业结构、提升技术含量、强化品牌建设以及拓宽市场渠道,来实现食用菌产业的高质量发展对策.
Analysis of Strategies for High-Quality Development of Edible Fungus Industry in Shangzhou District Shangluo City
From the perspective of the development of the county's industrial economy,this article studies the quality of the development of the edible fungus industry in Shangzhou district,Shangluo city.It is found that it has outstanding advantages in the ecological environment,industrial foundation,production model,production technology level and market competitiveness.However,there are problems such as weak supply capacity of high-quality products,unreasonable variety structures,weak ability to respond to risks,and weak brand influ-ence.It also proposes a countermeasure to realize the high-quality development of the edible fungus industry by optimizing the industrial structure,enhancing technical content,strengthening brand building,and broade-ning market channels.
