Study on the Development of Huangshan Tea Industry in Anhui Province Based on SWOT Analysis
To implement the Huangshan tea industry in Anhui Province towards healthy growth under the rural revitalization strategy,a SWOT analysis is imperative.Despite advantageous geographical,natural,and tech-nological factors,the industry grapples with weaknesses like poor management,limited brand recognition,and non-standardized practices.Furthermore,internal threats like diseases and pests,alongside external challen-ges from intense market competition,loom large.This analysis underscores the need for a strategic focus on strengths and opportunities(SO),prioritizing sustainable development to mitigate weaknesses and threats,ul-timately fostering increased farmer income.
