番茄褐色皱果病毒入侵辽宁省的风险分析及管理对策

摘要
番茄褐色皱果病毒Tomato brown rugose fruit virus(ToBRFV)主要为害番茄、辣椒等农作物,自 2014 年被首次发现后,扩展迅速,广泛传播,已扩散至全世界 53 个国家,经济和生态损失不断加大,辽宁省被该病毒入侵的可能性不断提高,有必要对该病毒传入辽宁省的风险进行分析.文中按照有害生物风险分析程序开展安全性评估,采取多指标的评价方法,对番茄褐色皱果病毒的入侵风险进行定性和定量分析,确定番茄褐色皱果病毒入侵辽宁省的风险等级.番茄褐色皱果病毒是对辽宁省的番茄、辣椒种植和制种产业具有潜在威胁的有害生物,其综合风险值(R)为 2.71,属于极高风险的有害生物,建议相关部门采取针对性防控措施,严防其传入辽宁省.
Abstract
Tomato brown rugose fruit virus(ToBRFV)is a plant virus that mainly infect tomato、pepper and other crops,It was first discovered in 2014,and has been spread around the world,and the risk of its invasion into Liaoning Province has been increasing.It is necessary to analyze the risk of the pest introduction into Lia-oning Province.In this paper,the pest risk analysis program is used to assess its safety,and the multi index comprehensive evaluation method is used to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the invasion risk of ToBRFV.After calculating the comprehensive risk value,the risk level of its invasion is determined.ToBRFV is a pest that has potential threats to Liaoning Province with the risk value(R)of 2.71,which be longs to ex-tremely high risk pest,It is suggested that relevant departments take targeted and control measures to prevent ToBRFV from being introduced into Liaoning Province.
