摘要
黄褐斑发病机制复杂.目前对黄褐斑发病机制的研究仍聚焦于雌性激素和紫外线通过影响角质形成细胞、皮肤成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞旁分泌对黑素细胞黑素合成、转运和分布影响.真皮细胞外基质(ECM)病变在黄褐斑中的作用将是该研究领域新热点.遗传易感性、雌性激素、光老化与ECM这四者之间如何协同诱发黄褐斑将是未来研究的重要领域.
Abstract
The pathogenesis of melasma is complicated.Genetic predisposition,female sex hormone and photoaging play predominant roles in melasma.While the current research in this field has focused on the effects of female sex hormone and ultraviolet on the melanogenesis,mela-nin transportation and distribution through paracrine regulation by keratinocytes,fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells,the role of dermal extracellular matrix in hyperpigmentation is becoming the new hot spot.The important research area in the future will be to determine how genetic pre-disposition,female sex hormone and photoaging synergistically contribute to the development of melasma.
