慢性光损伤皮肤的免疫微环境失衡研究进展

摘要
重复日光紫外线(UV)辐射诱发皮肤免疫微环境时空变化和失衡机制是近年来皮肤、免疫、肿瘤、衰老等多领域的研究热点.慢性日光UV辐射(UVR)可诱发皮肤组织微环境中的细胞表型及功能变化,通过直接和间接两种模式改变皮肤的免疫微环境.UV辐射可诱发免疫抑制,包括激活调节性T细胞和改变抗原提呈细胞的数量和功能.B细胞、T细胞、朗格汉斯细胞和肥大细胞之间的互作机制在UVR诱导的免疫抑制中起着重要作用.此外,UV对T细胞共抑制和共刺激信号的影响也越来越被人们所重视.本文就近年来慢性光损伤皮肤的免疫微环境失衡的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
In recent years,the mechanisms of repeated ultraviolet light(UV)radiation-in-duced spatial and temporal changes in the immune microenvironment and the imbalance are the hot research topic in the fields of skin,immunity,tumor and aging.Chronic UV radiation(UVR)can induce cellular phenotypic and functional changes in the skin microenvironment,and directly and indirectly alter the skin immune microenvironment.UVR induces immunosuppression,including activation of regulatory T cells and alterations in the number and function of antigen-presenting cells.The interactions among B cells,T cells,Langerhans cells and mast cells play an important role in UVR-induced immunosuppression.In addition,the effects of UVR on T cell co-inhibitory and co-stimulatory signals have been increasingly appreciated.In this paper,we review the recent progress in the imbalance of the immune microenvironment in the chronically photodamaged skin.
