摘要
报告大汗腺囊瘤1例.患者女,42岁,右颧皮下暗蓝色肿物2年.皮肤科检查:右颧可见一0.4 cm × 0.3 cm球形肿物,呈暗蓝色,质软,基底可推动,边界清楚,无压痛.皮损组织病理检查:囊腔位于真皮网状层及脂肪层,可见两层囊壁细胞.内层细胞呈高柱状,顶端有顶浆分泌,外层肌上皮细胞呈长梭形,局部囊壁可见乳头状突起,囊壁局部增厚.诊断为大汗腺囊瘤,予手术完整切除.目前随访无复发.
Abstract
A case of apocrine cystadenoma is reported.A 42-year-old female presented with dark blue tumor below the right lower eyelid for 2 years.Dermatological examination showed a 0.4 cm × 0.3 cm demarcated dark blue soft spherical tumor below the right lower eyelid,without tenderness.Histopathology showed a unilocular cyst in the reticular dermis and fatty layer,with double layer of cuboidal-columnar epithelium and an outer layer of myoepithelial cells.Papillary projections and thickened cyst wall were evident.The diagnosis was apocrine cystadenoma.Fol-lowing surgical resection of the tumor,no recurrence was observed during follow-up.
