环钻减容术联合浅层X线放射和局部注射治疗泛发性瘢痕疙瘩的临床观察

摘要
目的 评价环钻减容术联合浅层X线放射和局部注射综合治疗泛发性瘢痕疙瘩的临床效果及安全性.方法 纳入2020年5月-2021年5月在南方医科大学皮肤病医院就诊的5例泛发性瘢痕疙瘩患者共18个患病部位,采用环钻减容术联合浅层X线放射、局部注射曲安奈德药物进行治疗.治疗结束12个月后评估患者瘢痕疙瘩的VSS评分,与治疗前进行比较,并观察不良反应.结果 患者治疗后所有部位的瘢痕疙瘩均较前变平、变软,VSS评分(4.08±1.11)显著低于治疗前(9.28±1.52),差异有统计学意义(t=16.30,P＜0.001).随访期间患者均未发生严重感染、严重过敏及皮肤溃疡.结论 环钻减容术联合浅层X线放射和局部药物注射对于泛发性瘢痕疙瘩临床效果好,无明显不良反应发生.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of trephine combined with superficial X-ray radiation and local injection in the treatment of generalized keloids.Methods Five patients with generalized keloids treated at Dermatology Hospital of Southern Medical Univer-sity from May 2020 to May 2021 were included in this study.VSS scores were compared before and after 12-month treatments with trephine combined with superficial X-ray radiation and local in-jection of triamcinolone acetonide.Adverse reactions were also assessed.Results After the treat-ment,all scar tissue became flatter and softer.The VSS scores were significantly decreased from the baseline(4.08±1.11 vs.9.28±1.52,t=16.30,P＜0.001).No severe infections,severe allergy or skin ulcers were observed during the follow-up period.Conclusion Trephine combined with superficial X-ray radiation and local injection of triamcinolone acetonide is effective and safe for keloids.
