17例重度斑秃患者应用二苯环丙烯酮的局部治疗和护理

摘要
目的 总结使用二苯环丙烯酮局部免疫疗法治疗重度斑秃患者过程中的护理管理经验.方法 纳入17例重度斑秃患者,使用二苯环丙烯酮局部免疫治疗,治疗前做好操作者自身防护与患者知情告知;治疗中严格按照涂药步骤及浓度调整原则实施操作;治疗后通过微信随访管理,对患者进行一对一的指导,包括不良反应的评估与处理、饮食指导与心理护理等,观察患者治疗疗效及不良反应.结果 17例患者均坚持治疗16周以上,有效率达58.82％,不良反应轻微可控.实施操作的医务人员未发生过敏反应等不良反应.结论 使用二苯环丙烯酮局部免疫治疗重度斑秃患者时,完善的治疗流程与护理管理可有效提高患者治疗依从性,保障治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing care of patients with severe alo-pecia areata treated with topical diphenylcyclopropenone.Methods Seventeen patients with se-vere alopecia areata treated with topical diphenylcyclopropenone were enrolled.Before the treat-ment,self-protection was given to the therapist and informed consent was given to the patients.During the treatment,the principles of procedure and drug dosages were strictly followed.After the treatment,WeChat APP was used in the follow-up management of patients.This management included one-to-one evaluation of and consultation on efficacy,adverse reactions,diet and psy-chology.Results Seventeen patients completed the 16-week treatments,with an effective rate of 58.82％.The adverse reactions were mild and controllable.The therapists did not experience any adverse reactions such as allergic reactions.Conclusion In the treatment of severe alopecia areata with topical diphenylcyclopropenone,appropriate pre-operative preparation and post-opera-tive care can effectively improve the patient's compliance and the therapeutic efficacy.
