针灸及中药外敷治疗系统性硬化症的研究进展

摘要
系统性硬化症(SSc)是一种主要表现为皮肤增厚和硬化,并可影响到内脏和血管的自身免疫性疾病.目前,SSc的治疗尚无确切且高效的手段和药物,其主要治疗目标是缓解和改善患者的病况.中医疗法中,毫针、火针、梅花针以及中药外治等方法可改善SSc病情,疗效较好,其治疗机制与通过信号通路调控炎症因子、调控免疫因子有关.本文综述近年来针灸及中药外敷在SSc治疗中的应用,为SSc未来的治疗提供新的方向.
Abstract
Systemic sclerosis(SSc),an autoimmune disorder,is mainly manifested by the skin thickening and hardening,with involvements of the internal organs and blood vessels.Cur-rently,no definitive and effective treatments are available for SSc,and the primary goal is to im-prove patients'condition.The regimens of traditional Chinese medicine,including filiform nee-dles,fire needles,plum blossom needles and external treatments can effectively improve SSc via signaling pathways that regulate inflammatory factors and immune factors.This article reviews the recent advances in the application of acupuncture and the external medicine in the treatment of SSc in order to benefit the treatment of SSc in the future.
